Invisible Buttons for music

I used the map of Canada and created an invisible button of music for each province.
While working on this invisible button, I learned so much about how to link music with the button and allow the user to access music by clicking on each province. I found that this button work is really cool and great idea and it will definitely help me make my website more sophisticated.

Shape-Tween

Another effect that we learned for Adobe Flash is Shape-Tween. It is similar to motion-tween but it changes the shape of text or symbol. As you see on the pictures that I post, the heart for Valentine's Day gets greater as the time goes by. Similarly, the letters "SE" change not only their shape, but also their colors.

Motion-Tween

In the first class, we reviewed and learned how to create animation with motion-tween. I used letters with a layer for each and made the letters moving to different directions to enhance the animation. Also, I re-sized each letter as it moves for greater animation effect.

Flash

I learned how to do motion-tween and shape-tween using Adobe Flash program.
It was a bit confusing at first; however, I felt very competent after a few tries.

Dr. Yen has kindly posted all the instruction on the blackboard.
I just followed the instruction and tried those tween things.
Everything went pretty well.

Internet Browsers

I have been using a few internet browsers: Internet Explore, Netscape, Firefox, Safari, and Google crome. The browser that I use the most these days is perhaps Firefox. There aren't particular reasons why I use it the most, however, perhaps, it is because I am costumed to Firefox so that I feel more natural to this web-browser, in contrast, I feel a bit foreign to others.

I have noticed that the reviews on different internet browsers inform different features, strength, weakness, and characteristics for each browsers that I have never thought and learned about. I expect to learn these features, pros and cons so that I can be more competent and fluent in using different browsers for different purposes and reasons.

Adobe Flash

I have known about Flash is that it is a computer-program for animation, cartoon-making, and movie from Adobe. I know that many graphic designer use this program for a variety of reasons. Also, I have heard from numerous people that it was controversial that when Apple first released its first iPhone without Flash.

At work site, I have often seen students working with Flash at their computer class at Secondary school where I used to work before arriving NYC, but I was not so sure what the program was exactly for and about. Also, I did not get to use Flash until last semester.

It is a great opportunity for me to learn about the program and use it for a variety of purposes. I am expecting myself to become competent using the program and teach Flash to my students for different purposes when I return to school after getting my degree at NYU.

Web-hosting review

I have just searched for web-hosting reviews.
It seems to be changing periodically.
Today's ranking is different from yesterday's

Internet Browsers

It's amazing that there are many internet browsers, and they have so many different features and functions.

By the way, where is "Netscape" that people used to use on Mac years and years ago?

Is it no longer available?
